The core of teacher management is to arouse the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of teachers' work.Effective teacher management is the necessary guarantee for improving the quality of school education and teaching.Because of the influence of the outside environment and the idea of the administrator in the school,the management of the teachers in the township middle schools lacks the humanistic idea,so the overall quality of the management of the teachers needs to be improved.Using the method of questionnaire survey,this paper carries out a random sampling Investigation of 15 middle school teachers in S county from six dimensions: school administrators' humanistic management concept,teachers' participation in school management,school teachers' human resources development management,managers' emotional communication with teachers,teachers' autonomous management in the process of work,and campus culture management.A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed and 248 valid questionnaires were collected.According to the survey results,there are the following problems in the management of teachers in Township Middle Schools in S county: The backward management concept ignores the management law;the imperfect democratic management system;the lack of initiative in teachers' work;the lack of humanistic care for teachers;the lack of incentive effect for teachers;and the lack of spiritual and cultural construction.Through interviews,15 school administrators from 15 Township Middle Schools in S county were randomly selected to conduct semi-structured interviews.Through interviews with 15 managers,it is found that the management of teachers in S County township middle schools is still using the traditional management mode,and the management process of teachers is lack of humanization.The main influencing factors are social environment,school internal and management subjects.Finally,according to the problems and influencing factors in the management of teachers in Township Middle schools,the following suggestions are put forward: first,to establish a multi-level training model to improve the managerial quality of managers;second,to establish a system for teachers to participate in school management and strengthen the democratic management of schools;third,to improve the multi-evaluation mechanism to ensure the professional accomplishment of Teachers.Fourth,we should take the initiative to care about employees and fully reflect the humanistic care;fifth,we should enrich incentives to fully stimulate the initiative of teachers' work;sixth,we should consider multi-level to build a harmonious campus culture.
