Humanist management is taken the human as the center and basis, regarding the human as the main object in the management and most important resources in the organization。 All managements should revolve to arouse humans enthusiasm, the initiative and the creativity launches. In the management we should respect the human, trust each person and cause each person to manifest the sense of belonging, the sense of value in the work and obtain more comprehensive free development which the surmounting survival needs. Its connotation is that respecting the human is the humanist management premises, and that trusting the human is the humanist management foundation. Human full scale development is the humanist management core and serving the human is the humanist management basic duty. But motivating the human is an important means of humanist management.The teacher is the main organizer and executor of school teaching activity, simultaneously also is one of the main objects of school administration. The school development level is directly related to teachers’ ability. Only by respecting the teachers’ main body status and providing the good guidance for its development, can a bigger development of the school in the intense social competition be guaranteed. The school must let the teacher be fully devoted to teaching work.The school has to achieve humanist management through common measures of demonstration,guidance, inspection, motivation to achieve the omni-directional management, solve all kinds of problems of the teachers in the process of working, display teacher’s work enthusiasm and creativity, promote the teaching level unceasingly, and urge the school to obtain bigger development space.This article altogether is divided into four parts to carry on the elaboration to this question.The first part : Introduction, including selected topic background, present research situation,method and significance and so on; The second part:a survey of the present teaching management in senior middle school. The third part : the theoretical overview of humanist teaching management The fourth part:the practical strategy of humanist teaching management in senior middle school.
