In the Fourth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth of the CPC, Central Committee first proposed a'harmonious society'building objectives and tasks. Building a harmonious society should achieve people's harmony firstly, and specifically to build the harmonious campus should focus on interpersonal harmony. Especially young teachers in college teachers as a special group who has an important mission in the future, and its ability to achieve interpersonal harmony relates to the success of China's higher education. Therefore, in the background of building the harmonious society and harmonious campus, study the college young teachers'interpersonal harmony issue has important theoretical and practical value.This paper is divided into four parts. In the first part, the author analyzes the historical background which young teachers in comprehensively, also analyzed the university and college teachers'historical mission which combines to the age background and social characteristics, and reviews the domestic and international research on this issue finally. The second part learns the theory of Chinese and foreign interpersonal harmony, mainly Marxist's Human Theory and Chinese traditional harmonious thought, learns the important theoretical resources of improving college teachers'interpersonal relationships, and discusses the interpersonal harmony education thought and young college teachers'interpersonal harmony education issue. In the third part, the author examines the various manifestations of young college teachers interpersonal detuning, that is tension between young teachers and leaders, and young teachers burnout, etc, and analyzes the reasons for these problems, which are geographical and cultural factors, social factors and their own factors of young teachers. The fourth part mainly tries to find the means of young college teachers achieve the realization of interpersonal harmony. That is achieve interpersonal harmony within the process of young teachers through school education and self-education, while working to build campus culture, creating a harmonious interpersonal environment and ever-increasing the scientific management level of colleges simultaneously to promote the healthy development of young teachers'interpersonal relations.
