Smartphone addiction refers to a new type of behavioral addiction,which results in i mpaired social function and psychological and behavioral problems caused by individual s’excessive use of smart phones and their inability to control the use of this behavior.Al arge number of previous theoretical studies have shown that interpersonal disturbance is one of the influencing factors of smartphone addiction.Adolescence is a special period of growth.The main interpersonal relationships of adolescence are parent-child relationship,peer relationship and teacher-student relationship.The individuals who have interpersonal relationship problems tend to rely on cell phones excessively to maintain their social image,even lead to cell phone addiction.The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship and internal mechanism among interpersonal distress,school alienation,self harmony and cell phone addiction among adolescents.On this basis,a specific and operable group assistance program is developed to intervene the subjects’ interpersonal distress,school alienation,self harmony and cell phone addiction,so as to reduce the level of mobile phone addiction.There are two sub studies in this study.In the first study,810 middle school students in two schools were tested in terms of cell phone addiction,interpersonal relationship distress,school alienation and self harmony by using smart phone addiction scale,interpersonal relationship comprehensive diagnosis scale,school alienation scale and self harmony scale,and data analysis was carried out.On the basis of study 1,study 2 screened 26 subjects from high to low scores of cell phone addiction and interpersonal problems.On the basis of controlling gender and class variables,26 subjects were randomly divided into experimental group(13 people)and control group(13 people).The experimental group was intervened by eight times of group assistance,while the control group did not do any treatment,so as to explore the design of this study The effect of group counseling program on mobile addiction was analyzed.It is found that:(1)The data analysis results of study 1 show that:the higher the level of interpersonal relationship distress,the higher the level of mobile phone addiction and school alienation.School alienation can significantly positively predict mobile phone addiction.In exploring the relationship between interpersonal relationship distress and mobile phone addiction,we found that school alienation plays a mediating role,self harmony in the first half of the mediating model of cell phone addiction through school alienation It plays a moderating role,that is to say,under the condition of high level self harmony,interpersonal relationship problems have no significant effect on the prediction of school alienation.Under the condition of low level self harmony,interpersonal relationship problems can significantly predict school alienation.Therefore,there is a mediating effect between interpersonal relationship problems and mobile phone addiction.(2)The results of study 2 show that:after the completion of group counseling,there are significant differences in the scores of each variable between the two groups.After the group guidance,the experimental group has significantly reduced the scores of cell phone addiction,interpersonal distress,school alienation and self harmony,which indicates that the group guidance can be better the level of cell phone addiction in the intervention group.The significant effect of the intervention may be due to the enthusiasm of the group atmosphere,the scientificity of the group program and the pertinence of the group members.The results of this study reveal the influence of interpersonal problems on cell phone addiction and the mechanism of school alienation and self harmony,and provide some theoretical basis and effective suggestions for the prevention and intervention of cell phone addiction.
