Construction Of The Social Assessment Model For The University

Since the reform and opening-up, the connection between higher education and social getting more and more closer along with the development of our country's economy, society and education, social organizations and individuals have involved in our country's university assessment and become the important strength of higher education evaluation, and forming the trend of diversification of social assessment subjects.Due to the different value orientation of different benefit subjects, various evaluation body evaluation result differences. For the uncertainty and fuzzy phenomena, this paper adopts the way by modeling to sum up variety subjects'evaluation results.By analysing the status and characteristic of the social university assessment, we found that the university social assessment have the characeristics of the diversity of university social evaluation subjects, the diversion of evaluation standards, the spontaneous of evaluation and the duality of evaluation results etc, baesd on theses features of university social assessment, group decision theory and utility theory in economics can used as the model theoretical support, this paper using the calculation method and the basic assumptions of group decision theory and utility theory, combined with AHP to construct a model of social assessment for the university, in order to integrate multi-agent utility, and then get the final evaluation results. Firstly, the article used group decision theory's basic assumptions and assumption to define the basic model, determine group decision utility model. And by using AHP to carry on the community the consistency of the utility function constructing evaluation. And defined the weights based on group decision making theory and utility theory eventually created a hierarchical type university social assessment model. Then the paper tested the rationality and feasibility of the model by using the empirical analysis. The last part is a summary of the thesis, points out the research achievements and deficiency, and proposed the future research direction.
