Assessment Of Enterprise Social Work Services Project

Shenzhen is an immigrant city,the floating population,social members constitutes a complex,social transformation brings a lot of social problems and social contradictions.Shenzhen is famous for its fast work,high pressure,the enterprise employees tend to be mental health problems of high-risk groups,such as work environment does not adapt,occupational burnout,interpersonal relationship disturbance,salary welfare disputes and other issues,both enterprises and employees,have significant or potential demand for social work.With the normalized of social work intervention,social work assessment is playing a more and more important role in the position of the social work,the government,organizations and individuals all demand for a higher quality of social work service.At present,The government is phasing in transfer function,though buying services,the specific social work services is operated by the third party social service agencies.On the one hand,the government wants to know the situation of the implementation and effect of the social work services;on the other hand,some charity foundation,and other organizations are increasingly concerned about the whereabouts of their own contributions.And to account the above situation is the premise of the stakeholder groups to participate in the project evaluation.Exampled by the contract employees service project in Shenzhen city,from three dimensions: needs assessment/process assessment/outcome assessment,do a research on the application of local corporate social work model in specific practice,including the evaluation of the main body,content,methods of analysis,summed up the advantages and disadvantages of the project,and analyze the evaluation,put forward suggestions and reflection.To seek a comprehensive system whichfit the development of local social work project evaluation methods,to promote the local development of social work specialization and standardization of operation and the development of local society.
