The Study Of Moral Function Of Student Associations And Ways To Achieve In Higher Vocational College

The students associations of higher vocational college are informal students groups established by vocational students according to voluntary principles and legitimate constitution, the students get together to take activities for the common interest and emotions in the group. There's no doubt that the higher vocational colleges penetrate the moral responsibility, such as forming value direction and fostering independent personality, moral emotion, ethical conduct, entrepreneurial capacity, aesthetics, in developing students associations so as to achieve the group's moral function. Moral education can ensure the right development direction of students associations, improve the quality of vocational students' community activities, complete community management, improve the quality of activities and maintain the associations activities' great vitality.Thirdly, analyzing the existing states of higher vocational college's students associations in moral education. The paper is based on the investigation about the moral function's existing states of Shanghai Science and Technology College's students associations. The moral function of students associations get agreements of the majority of students, however, there are still many problems in the implementation process, for example, lost of moral values-oriented functions, failure of cultivating moral emotions and conducts function,the lack of moral integration of cognitive function,and faintness of entrepreneur occupational social adaptability.Forth, analyzing the factors of higher vocational college's students associations in undertaking their moral function. Combing with the research, the paper offers that the main factors affecting the moral function of higher vocational college's students associations are lacking of political attention, backward management institution, media culture's impact, irrational structure and unclear function orientation and so on.Fifth, proposing some measures achieving the moral function of higher vocational college's students associations. In order to strengthen the policy-oriented effect of higher vocational college's students leagues, some measure should be adopted, such as regulatory policies, innovative institutions, cultural development, structure integration, demonstration and guidance and so on.
