Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Moral Education In Higher Vocational Colleges

Higher vocational colleges are the platform for training high-tech talents for the society.The moral education quality of higher vocational students does not only directly related to the quality of our industrial labor,but also to the quality of social service,and affects the future of the country and the nation.With the rapid development of social economy,the iversification of the value system,the diversity and complexity of the student source structure and the neven quality of higher vocational students,the moral education work of higher vocational students is facing severe challenges: The existing moral education content of Higher ocational students,moral education teaching,moral education management,moral education evaluation,etc.has been unable to adapt to the diversity of students and the development of the times.With the methods of documentation,investigation and case study,this paper makes a special investigation on some teachers,students and leaders in three universities: Hebei Vocational College of Tourism,Hebei Normal College for Nationalities and Chengde Petroleum College.The paper carefully analyses the present situation and process of moral education of students in Higher Vocational colleges.The paper makes further exploration on the elements of education,enriching the carrier of moral education,apply moral education through the whole process of personnel training,further strengthening the ideological guidance and behavioral standardization education for Higher Vocational students,and emphatically discussing the implementation strategies of moral education.This paper focuses on the current situation and Countermeasures of moral education in Higher Vocational colleges.The specific research contents are as follows:Introduction.This chapter includes the purpose and significance of the topic selection.It defines and interprets the concepts of Higher Vocational colleges,moral education and moral education work,summarizes the research status and development at home and abroad,introduces the research methods,research perspectives and ideas of this topic selection and the guiding ideology of moral education work for students in Higher Vocational colleges.Chapter 1: Talent training program and moral education in Higher Vocational colleges.This chapter Investigates the talent training program of Hebei Tourism Vocational College,by focusing on the objectives,specifications and characteristics of talent training in Higher Vocational colleges,as well as the content and objectives of moral education in Higher Vocational colleges,and the relationship between moral education and talent training in Higher Vocational colleges.By those means,this paper lays a theoretical foundation for further research.Chapter 2: Analysis of the current situation and causes of moral education in Higher Vocational colleges.Through special investigation,this chapter finds out and carefully analyses the current situation of moral education in Higher Vocational colleges,summarizes the causes of the problems,and provides ideas for the follow-up study of the implementation strategy of moral education.Chapter 3: The Countermeasures of moral education in Higher Vocational colleges.This chapter is the main part of the paper.It puts forward the Countermeasures of moral education work in Higher Vocational colleges by way of strengthening the leadership of moral education organizations,teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,strengthening the construction of moral education teachers,giving full play to the social and family functions,and improving the moral education evaluation mechanism,etc.Chapter 4: Case study of moral education in Hebei Vocational College of Tourism.In this chapter,two typical cases are selected to analyze the implementation methods and effects of two moral education cases.Finally,the paper summarizes and reflects on the research results,objectively points out the shortcomings in the study,and give future direction to future related research.
