Based On The Socialist Core Values Education Of Normal Students Career Counseling Research

Constructing the socialist core value system is the The Communist Party of China's ideological theoretical construction and practice as an important issue. The 17th party congress reports:"The socialist core value system reflects the essence of the socialist ideology ". As "90 after college students" such a group, we must help them to establish a correct concept of value. As the future"human soul engineer",the normal college students needs more mainstream thoughts leading than the ordinary university students. So, exploring the concept of normal students' professional career counseling based on the socialist core value system, can not only promote the college career counseling practice work, cultivate the college student employment competitive, achieve the professional sustainable development of everybody, but also promote strengthening the mainstream thought and ascensioning professional quality to normal. It would contribute to train the qualified gardener for the big garden of our motherland.This paper uses literature research,action research,individual interview method,case analysis research method etc to conduct systematic research. Based on the analysis of the contemporary college student of professional career counseling situation, problems and the reasons, it focuses on the socialist core values in leading university students' professional career counseling the position, significance and the basic train of thought, discusses the strategy how to blend the socialist core values education of normal students in the professional career counseling. Second, This paper specially choice Nantong University as a pilot to do the empirical research, study education ideas, accumulate the actual combat experience. At the end,this paper will put forward the point of view about how to ensure the education implementation process smoothly. And also put forward the suggestion to the normal values,ideological and political quality requirements,normal standards and evaluation mechanism orientation ideological and political quality requirements. This paper aims to explore for the whole process of the professional career counseling based on the socialist core value system. It would go on the preliminary study of exploring the implementing ways and evaluation of the normal students' professional career counseling based on the socialist core value system, constructing the local career counseling, training more excellent teacher talent in the practice.In concept, this paper changes the past traditional employment guidance, put forward the whole idea of career counseling, and put the socialist core value system as education foundation and core. On one hand, it would expand the counseling, change the way of education object; on the other hand, also expand the education of the depth and width, clear the education goal, better show the "people-oriented" education concept. In practice, the paper would change the counselling object from all college students in the past to the normal kind of professional. It would be more targeted and operability.
