Research On The System Of Career Counseling For University Students

Career counseling for university students is a new research field of cultivating talents in new era. This thesis discusses the legal warrants of career counseling for university students from theory and practice angles, and the practice mode of career counseling for university students.Based on the analysis and definition of the relevant terms of career counseling for university students, this research borrows helpful experience of carrying out career counseling from other countries and Hong Kong and Taiwan to construct the system of career counseling in China, including the theoretical warrants, the organizational structure, the staff arrangement, the function and its realization.The main content and arguments includes the following parts.Firstly, There are four theoretical foundations of it, they are the theory of man's socialization in philosophy, the basic rule in education that higher education must adapting to the students' physical and psychological development and the society development, and promoting students' all-around development and society development in, the theory of process management and objective management, and the principle of improving efficiency in economics.Secondly, the system of career counseling for university students consists of consultation department, practice department and administration department, and they carry out different obligations. Collegiate organization, counseling staffs from colleges and classes constitute the main body of the system. Three approaches to turn the system's function into reality refer to the establishment of curriculum system, the implementation of individual and collective counseling, and the development of practice.Thirdly, to improve the effectiveness of career counseling for university students, we must perfect the relevant policies and system, such as changing their ideas, innovating management system, strengthening staff construction and perfecting measure methods, etc.
