Research And Development Of Teachers' Practical Knowledge

Teachers' practical knowledge is the core of the development of the teachers' specialization, which is different from the specific academic knowledge and theoretical knowledge of educational experts. It is an educational cognition to the real didactics during the long practice, so it is the special knowledge for teachers. Teachers' practical knowledge shows the peculiarity and the non-alternative of the profession:teacher. Teachers' practical knowledge not only helps people comprehend the inner meaning of the teachers, but also provides a basic growing point for the development of the teachers' specialization; it is the educational intelligence just shows the real educational practice. Analysis to the Teachers' practical knowledge can update the Teachers' knowledge; even make the teachers have a good prospect, further a better and quicker evolution for the students.
