Teachers' practical knowledge is the core of the development of the teachers' specialization, which is different from the specific academic knowledge and theoretical knowledge of educational experts. It is an educational cognition to the real didactics during the long practice, so it is the special knowledge for teachers. Teachers' practical knowledge shows the peculiarity and the non-alternative of the profession:teacher. Teachers' practical knowledge not only helps people comprehend the inner meaning of the teachers, but also provides a basic growing point for the development of the teachers' specialization; it is the educational intelligence just shows the real educational practice. Analysis to the Teachers' practical knowledge can update the Teachers' knowledge; even make the teachers have a good prospect, further a better and quicker evolution for the students. In a word, this paper choose the "the Research of Teachers' practical knowledge and the Development" as my title, use the literature and narrative method to analyze the content, the characteristics, factors and the ways to development it.This paper is made of 6 parts.The first part:Introduction. On the basic of the evolution of knowledge, this part introduces the relation between teachers' practical knowledge and development of the teachers' specialization, the aim, meaning, and the method for the whole paper.The second part:The summarization of teachers' practical knowledge. This part defines some relevant words and phrases of the teachers' practical knowledge, generalizes the basic content, characteristics and analyses the relevance between teachers' practical knowledge and the theoretical knowledge.The third part:Analyses the reformation and the factors of teachers' practical knowledge. This part makes the stage research for the teachers' practical knowledge. In addition to, it also discusses the factors from two aspects:inner and outer view.The fourth part:The ways to further teachers' practical knowledge. This part mainly discusses how to obtain the teachers' practical knowledge.The fifth part:The further deliberation to the teachers' practical knowledge. This part talks the present situation of the teachers' education and training, and provides some pieces of advice in the training models, training contents and courses.The sixth part:Conclusion...
