The text use the methods of literature, questionnaire, statistics, logical analysis and other methods.We conducted a survey of the circumstances analysis about Taiyuan primary school PE teachers charisma, the main problems we found:1.11% of sports teachers less or never pay attention to their clothing image.2.Some of the teachers use individual vulgar, insipid language when instructing, which has a negative impact on the development of students.3.In the teaching practice,ome teachers also have sloppy, indecisive, lazy character. Emphasizing is not enough,not be fully involved in the teaching practice, can not to shoulder the heavy responsibility of training successors.4.Taiyuan primary school PE teachers lack of the accumulation of knowledge in the professional.5.In the physical education classroom,tudents often are not envisaged by the idea of teachers.To solve these problems,the author recommends the following:personal charm is the fundamental instrument,clothing image can not be ignored.
