In the 21 st century, with the promotion of PE and heaith new targets and the over-all realization of quality education,uture PE teachers face higher and newer requirements.Dcation is the basis of the great long-term plan, so the high-quality students must have high-level teachers. Chinese education put out by test-orientated has for many years, How to optimize professional knowledge and skills of the dominant education literacy teachers mainly studies the education theory and get the education administrative department is the widespread concern of potential education literacy, and the research on teachers invisible especially personality charm, relatively lags behind, of course, also including physical education teachers.In the new century,while America requirs PE teachers to be "integrated teachers" and former Soviet Union "universal genius",in China,PE teachers must be "intact",as the pure "skilled" and "profession" PE teachers fail to achieve the objectives,and will be replaced by the teachers of personality charm gradually.Because of the specific characteristics of teaching methods, the requirments for PE teachers are different from others. PE teachers personality charm plays a really important role in the factors that influce the class teaching, and have both positive promotion for the students to obtain the knowledge and unobtrusive influce on the students' personality development.Sports education as an important part of school education, and other subjects in the teaching mode, teaching method has significantly different.At present, the researches on the PE teachers personality charm are not sufficient and different very much, and especially be lack of practical-evidence research. Of all, there is no research on the PE teachers personality charm in primary schools.This study gets through the reseach of the gym teachers' personality charm which are from the elementary school of Taiyuan, and makes to define the personality charm in order to find which factors influence. There is the differ between actual conditions and theoretically so as to steadily increase the gym teachers' personality charm in practice. The text use the methods of literature, questionnaire, statistics, logical analysis and other methods.We conducted a survey of the circumstances analysis about Taiyuan primary school PE teachers charisma, the main problems we found:1.11% of sports teachers less or never pay attention to their clothing image.2.Some of the teachers use individual vulgar, insipid language when instructing, which has a negative impact on the development of students.3.In the teaching practice,ome teachers also have sloppy, indecisive, lazy character. Emphasizing is not enough,not be fully involved in the teaching practice, can not to shoulder the heavy responsibility of training successors.4.Taiyuan primary school PE teachers lack of the accumulation of knowledge in the professional.5.In the physical education classroom,tudents often are not envisaged by the idea of teachers.To solve these problems,the author recommends the following:personal charm is the fundamental instrument,clothing image can not be ignored. Language arts enhance personal charm. Physical education teachers maintain good character. Expertise is to be improved. Concerned students, love students.Seize opportunities and face challenges. Try to explore and innovate.
