A Primary Study On Constructing Charm Model Of Teachers In High Schools

This study aimed to construct the charm model of college teachers, to construct the teacher charm questionnaire and research into the demographic variable of students to estimate the charm of teachers. Based on the analysis of literature, questionnaire investigation and deep interview, we redefined the charm of university teachers, constructed its theoretical model and developed a preliminary scale of it. Using the Scale we investigated college students twice, then modified some items of the Scale and theoretical model of hypothesis, formed the formal one eventually. In order to study the charm characteristics of their university teachers, we investigated college students by the formal Scale. The main conclusions are the following several aspects:The University Teachers’ charm model consisted of11dimensions, that is the teachers’ charm of image, charm of teachers’ guidance, charm of teachers’ occupation training, charm of classroom organization, charm of grasp, charm of decent teacher language, charm of strain capacity, charm of teaching skills, charm of personality, teacher-student relationship, charm of operation ability.Through the charm of university teachers’questionnaire surveying, the results show that the consistency coefficient of the content of this test is0.90, the split-half reliability is0.82, and the test-retest reliability is 0.86. Confirmatory factor analysis results indicated that the project design is reasonable and effective.Through the correlation analysis and t test, results show that:college students in gender and educational level are significantly different, while in the other variables are not significantly different.
