The purpose of this dissertation is to explore the charm model of teachers in the primary schools, to construct the teacher charm questionnaire and research into the demographic variable of students to estimate the charm of teachers. The methods in this study include behavior event interview, team interview, focal interview, thematic analysis, transcript content analysis. The dissertation includes to construct the charm-modal, comprise the primary schools’teachers’charm hands-book and questionnaire. In the charmthe following conclusions are induced:1.The charm-modal constructed by this thesis contains nine dimensions, they are respectively teacher’s characters, teaching methods, scholarship, speech, professional skills, using emotions, emotionally inspections, image and language arts. And the test method prove the model to be well of construction and effective with these dimensions.2. The "test of primary school teachers’charm" is divided into40projects and nine subscales whose names correspond to the names of the dimensions of the model. And each subscale has different numbers of projects. The more the grades which the teacher’s charm character achieves in one special project, the higher the position of this teacher in students’ mind. The result obtained from the verification to the measurable attribute shows that the consistency coefficient of the content of this test is0.891, and the split-half reliability is0.760. The result of confirmatory factor analysis shows that the construct validity and the test instruments have good performance, which could be applied and extended.3.Through counting the average score of each question of these subscales and arranging these dimensions in order of their points, we has obtained the result showing that, character of one teacher’s charm ranks at the first in primary students’mind and the professional skills second, followed by emotionally inspections, scholarship, speech, teaching methods, image and language arts.4.Through the multivariate analysis of variance, this thesis reveals that, the level of native economy development, the type of school and grades in school are of significant effects to the charm evaluation of primary teachers from their students, while the gender of student has the smallest effect.
