Research On Humanized Management Of Collage Students

The core of humanized management on college students is students-oriented. Humanized management on college students is a reform and development direction of management on college students. To promote students' development is the starting and the target point of the management work. Due to constraints of the traditional management system on the colleges and universities in China, in the process of practice, it shows a kind of rigid management as dominance mainly based on system and disciplines, compelled students to obey the management. With the development of the reform of the management system, colleges appeal management concept of "people-oriented" under which the student management needs more humanistic care. The humanism theory, hierarchy theory of needs and the student development theory are the bases of a theory on humanized student management, and they are closely related to the humanized student management of which final purpose is to promote the students development. Compared with the students management of colleges in western countries, there are a lot of vulnerabilities in China, such as, the lack of humanized student management system , weak consciousness about humanized service, missing of humanized student management methods, weak efficiency of student management, weak sense of legal concept on student management, vagueness of the main status of students, scant stability of students management team, deficient of humanized management concept. Humanized student management in China should strengthen the faith--taking students as root; establish the thought--education by management; guide students to carry on the self-management; strengthen the education on students' values views; establish flexible management mechanism; and arouse students' cultural consciousness and so on by the premise of insisting on democracy principle, morality principle, students-oriented principle and the life principle. So, creating a harmonious platform for college students' free development is relied on a kind of management mechanism rich in humanity, according with students need.
