The PE Humanity Departmentalism View Of Curriculum Design Implement Research Based On Development Of Teachers' Professional

Premier Wen Jiabao once mentioned that free education is implemented to form further the social atmosphere of ZunShiZhongDao, to encourage outstanding youth go to normal school and to encourage young people take teaching as careers, to encourage educators do education. These three norms mentioned above promote the tuition-free normal college students to an unusual level. Treated as "quasi" teachers, tuition-free normal college students' position is very clear. In the actual training process however, how to promote their development as lifelong teachers has become a new problem. P. E, as one main component of school education, its status in the evolution of free-fee pedagogic students cannot be ignored, and it plays a formidable role in tuition-free normal college students' lifelong career development. Training of talents depends on reasonable curriculum, all the time college sports curriculum conforms to social development needs in our country. But as to the present case, tuition-free normal college students' public physical education curriculum should make adjustment and optimization based on teachers' professional development. It should be not only based on teachers' professional development to adapt to society's development trend, also to meet rural special environment, this is based on:teachers'professional development response to "model" state:teachers' all-round development. Chinese school physical education calls for return of humanistic spirit, update of college physical education concept, change of free-fee pedagogic students' training target.The object of study is tuition-free normal college students. The article focuses on that physical education needs to point teaching professional development for every student according to study methods of literature and investigating, logical analysis,and so on.On the basis of analysis of domestic related literature inland, we make an investigation of collegiate physical education curriculum. Combining with the situation of Southwest University, one of the six straightly affiliated colleges of ministry of education, we thoroughly analyze its existing problems, and interpret the need of the humanity departmentalism view of the courses' all-round development and the ultimate pursuit of "the true, the good and the beautiful" from the angle of teachers' professional development and puts forward the sports humanistic curriculum view. On this basis, we make an integration of the humanity departmentalism view of the courses'PE humanistic curriculum from whole, and optimize sports curriculum from local, then establish a course of four parts consists of "sports skills, sports humanity, health care rehabilitation, characteristic project". The selection criteria of the content of course should follow three standards:basic, scientific and practical, feasibility. We give corresponding suggestions on sports humanity curriculum's implementation:using mutual adaptation orientation, attaching importance to PE teaching and extracurricular sports activities and the hidden curriculum these three ways to implement it, paying attention to the affection of curriculum implementation factors.
