With the popularity of computer network among the college students, the network, gradually becomes a good assistant for students in the learning process. Threrefore the network learning.has arised. So far, there are a variety of learning modes, including the network self-learning, network collaborative learning and network cooperative learning. However,there exists some drawbacks of these learning modes such as geting lost in the cyber world easily, a loose network learning, bad learning effects and so on. It becomes urgent for a new learning style: the college students learning team.In this research, the mode of college students learning team not only improves the past ones, but also introduces performance technology. With the combination of performance technology and learning teams, the network learning teams will be constrained and motivated from multi aspects. It will amplify the positive factors, compress the malignant factors and make full use of the network's advantages and team strengths. If the college students'network learning gets optimized completely, and to the intended purpose will be achieved.College students'network team learning makes use of Internet networking, multimedia computers and modern communication technology to complete a common goal or task and help the learners to display their strengths and advantages in a friendly and cooperative atmosphere and a learning group of organized, disciplined, clear division of labor mutual cooperation. College students'network team learning takes full use of resources provide by the school, and bring the students of like-minded together to form learning team of high learning efficiency and quality.The indicators of team performance of college students'network learning are mainly KPI (key performance indicator) and BSC (Balanced Scorecard) . To set performance indicators, you have to follow the principles: grasping the large and outer, neglecting the small and inner, with the result, without the process. Only in this way can the most valuable and critical actions and results be found out, and the chances of success be increased.
