Since the beginning of the 21 st century,China's financial industry has developed rapidly,and commercial Banks,as the main force of China's financial industry,have developed rapidly.By the end of the third quarter of 2019,the total assets of China's commercial Banks were nearly 285 trillion yuan.As an emerging rural financial entity in China,rural Banks have grown from zero to 1,616 in 10 years from 2007 to 2018,effectively supporting the development of rural finance in China.With the development of commercial Banks,there are more and more researches and theories on commercial Banks.Compared with the researches on large commercial Banks,joint-stock Banks,urban commercial Banks and rural commercial Banks,the researches on rural Banks are relatively less.Rural Banks are one of the most important new rural financial institutions in terms of market share,business integrity,or the depth of rural market.They play an important role in improving rural financial market and improving rural financial services.Therefore,it is necessary to study rural Banks.This paper,taking xinyu three village Banks as a case,based on social network theory as theory,through the introduction of entropy value method,respectively for three village Banks of network scale,the strength of network,network quality and business performance evaluation,and further research analysis of village and town bank social network properties on the relationship between the influence of operating performance,and then puts forward Suggestions and measures for village and town bank to improve the business performance of the.The first part briefly introduces the development and research situation of commercial Banks in China,points out the main significance of this study and the main research methods to be used in the research process.The second part,on the basis of reading literature,introduces the basic theories of social network,business performance and village Banks,and puts forward the hypothesis that the social network attribute affects the business performance of village Banks.The third part sets the measurement variables of the operation performance and social network of rural Banks.The fourth part,respectively,this paper introduces the basic situation of three rural Banks,the main characteristics of financial data and social network,and briefly elaborated the entropy value method,and then through the entropy method to calculate the three village Banks of social network properties and operating performance of composite scores,according to the score of social network are put forward on the above properties and operating performance of the relationship betweenassumption is verified.The fifth part summarizes the main research conclusions of this paper,puts forward the improvement measures for the business performance of rural Banks,and points out the shortcomings of this paper and the next research direction.Through the research,this paper concludes that the three attributes of the social network of rural Banks,network size,network strength and network quality,have a positive influence on their business performance.
