Research On The Effect Of Outward Bound On The Social Communication Of College Students

In recent years, people are more and more concerned about the social communication of college students. The ability of social communication of the students is related to the study and the life. Now, the students are the hope of the society and their parents, and they have strong desire to succeed. But, their immature psychology, lack of social communication experiences and the introversion bring them many adverse impacts. The ability of social communication is the ability of connection, communication and exchange in the manufacture and other social activities. Moreover, the students'ability of social communication is related to the future work and survival in the world. While, Outward bound is one activity making good use of both the natural environment and the people's meticulous desire. By the interactions, mutual cooperation, roles-switch and their own experiences, we can reach the purpose of the Outward bound------to strengthen the will, to cultivate the taste, to perfect the character and to join in the team. The research tries to discuss whether Outward bound can improve the ability of the students'social communication, whether it can make them become to have mutual trust and mutual tolerance,and whether it can induce their social anxiety. The research can offer the reference and the experiment basis to how to foster the students'ability of social communication.In the research, I use the literature, experimentation, questionnaire investigation, interviewing and so on. The results indicate: 1.Outward bound is helpful to train the teamwork spirit and psychology of college students. 2. Outward bound and activity evaluation should observe some scientific principles. 3. Outward bound can prominently improve the mutual trust and the mutual tolerance of college students in social communication, and it can also obviously induce their social anxiety. 4. Outward bound makes the teamwork smooth. We should take some measures to avoid some problems. Students should do a proper amount of activities. It will be helpful to reduce their psychological vexation and their fatigue.
