The concept map were considered generally to be effective teaching tools that could promote knowledge construction, help thinking and promote communication between teachers and students in foreign countries. But the theory of concept map teaching were still in discussion stages, and the practice activities of theory related were carried out urgently in china. Therefor we had studied initially the concept plan combined with the biology curriculum teaching in our senior high school.The teaching practice of concept map were carried out for six months, and set the experimental group and control group. First, we collected the biological score of two group previous semesters and interested students interested in studying biological by the questionnaire, and obtained pre-test data. Secondly, we designed the teaching case and teached biological course with concept map as the main auxiliary means. At the end of the course, we collected the students' course score and interest questionnaire of studying biological courses, finally obtained after-test data. Then we applied biostatistics methods for the analysis of data, obtained the following conclusions:1. Concept mapping teaching could enhanced the interest of students learning biological; 2. Concept mapping teaching could significantly improve students academic achievement; 3. Concept map teaching under the new lessons and review lesson on how to improve the students' application of biological course grades were helpful, but the effect was not obvious. The results shown that the application of concept map teaching to improve the students learn the knowledge of comprehension had significant promoting role.
