The Research On Improving Colleges′Counselors′ Efficiency On Undergraduates′ Teaching And Evaluation Method

The counselors are a very important chain in Colleges′teaching and management conduct. They play a critical role in the undergraduates′political and ideological education, acting as their partners and guiders on undergraduates′health, physically and psychologically, and are of crucial importance to their maturity. The task efficiency of counselors is directly related to the colleges′educational level and undergraduates′predisposition, and the stabilization of college yard. Due to their crucial significance and indispensable role in undergraduates′political and ideological education, mental health, campus culture, the construction of a stable and harmonious yard, it is effective to elevate the task performance and total personality, and enhance the competitiveness of the counselors, in order to achieve a good effect in teaching and education of the students. It is the students who connect the most with the counselors, and they have the most floors to tell whether a counselor is qualified. Thus, we can find the deficiency and insufficiency of a counselor′task through students′appraisals and to modify and better their performance. This article is based on the analysis and evaluations on the questionnaires given to students in SIIT, and to sum up the four most effective measures to improve their task performance: First, to cultivate their own accomplishment in order to reinforce the self-competiveness. Second, the counselors should make the most use of the up-to-date correspondences, and modernize their teaching method in the cyber age. Third, to set fulltime and secondary class teachers, to alleviate the burden and to clear and definite the obligation of the counselors. Forth, to consummate the assessment system of the counselors.
