The Research On The Resent Situation Of Aerobics Sports Teams Of Suzhou Primary And Secondary School

The plan to carry out the after-school sports training and efforts to improve the sports technology has been launched by the National Ministry of Education. The purpose of good grasp of the after-school sports training and competition is to respond to the spirit above. Aerobics which is popular with a large number of teenagers has been included in a new syllabus of Sports and Health in the middle school. It has become the important contents of school sports competitions held in Suzhou each year. It is the actual needs that the research on the school aerobics Teams in Suzhou is to further improve and develop aerobics technical level. In the thesis, the author will use documents and materials, questionnaire survey, the interview method, data analysis to carry on analyzing, which is to know techniques of sports, situation of athletes and sports training, the quality of coaches of the 56 aerobics sports teams of the 6th session of Aerobics Games in Suzhou, and analysis identify affected improvement and development of aerobics technical level in Suzhou primary and secondary school, and corresponding measures.Results of the study:(1)Participating schools are in a low proportion compared with the total number of the primary and secondary schools in Suzhou, and the number of high school teams is particularly small. It is imbalance in the number of male and female participants. The main training motivation of athletes is their hobbies and glory for the school.(2) The condition of venues and facilities of Suzhou Primary and secondary schools are complete and standardized. It's good for training of Suzhou aerobics sports team. School leaderships attach importance to the training and competition of aerobics sports team. The condition of venues and facilities of the overall Suzhou Industrial Park primary and secondary schools are good. There is higher rate of entry, aerobics technical level, Competition Scores, the value of school leadership and the Economic investment in sports teams. (3) Coaches'age structure and job structure of Suzhou primary and secondary school are rational. The Aerobics coaches mostly are Undergraduate degrees. They are young and dynamic, towards training actively. But the number of aerobics original special for very low proportion of the coaches. But the proportion and Grade of Aerobics magistrate are all low. The coaches'Training methods and Training content is not advanced. Authors believe that this will restrict the improvement and development of Aerobics sports training level.(4) Most of coaches'training and learning level is low in Suzhou, and rarely participate in outside training. The main factors affecting the outside training are the influence of school teaching, lack of funds etc. This will restrict the rapid growth of aerobics coaches and the improvement of Aerobics sports training level.(5) The Primary school and secondary school of Suzhou aerobics technology overall level of low grades. Aerobics Games in Suzhou only have Fitness aerobics. Aerobics sports teams of Suzhou never participated in the game of Homemade Aerobics and Competitive Aerobics of Jiangsu province. But compared with the province teams there are still large gaps on Suzhou teams. Competitive Aerobics technical level, further efforts were needed. Recommendations:The leading department of Suzhou should take effective measures to encourage all the Primary and secondary school to join aerobics training and competition. Universities should strengthen links with the Primary and secondary schools. The leading in Primary and secondary schools should attach importance to strengthening training work for the Aerobics coaches, continuously improving the overall quality and level of training, perfecting competition system, expanding the participating teams, and improving the level of Suzhou Aerobics.
