The learning process is the focus in the study of educational technology. As an important link in the learning process, the curriculum system is an important standard to measure a school's teaching level and the academic level, which indicates social and economic development and decides the training target and the quality of professional talents.A good curriculum system settings usually agrees with the students' cognitive structure to help them to absorb and digest new knowledge, marching in the knowledge path from the low to the high level.The evaluation of the curriculum system is an important means to demonstrate whether the curriculum is scientific and feasible, where the evaluation method calls for a reasonable structure, which includes qualitative analysis and quantitative research, and the evaluation results determine and examine every component of the whole structure by analyzing the curriculum setting.This paper takes electronic information engineering in Nanchang University for example, analyzing its professional background, training objectives and professional direction by means of documentation. The author sets up an index system including 4 criteria indexes,36 course indexes by field collection unit, using analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights at all levels, taking the FAHP to construct the judgment matrix, and using the method of FAHP to analyze collected data, then using the method of Matrix chart approach to argument the reasonable of the course arrangement. Finally, it has been demonstrated that the structure of "electronic and information engineering" course is "satisfactory".Whether the curriculum system of a specialty is scientific or reasonable can be demonstrated by using these methods. If the evaluation results are below the "satisfactory", the functional departments should organize the related experts to argue the curriculum, correct it to ensure its curriculum structure's optimization, and impel the subject teaching to fit with the development of social economy and needs. Therefore, the evaluation study for the curriculum system performs a role in the optimization of the course structure and the improvement of teaching quality.
