For the construction projects of colleges and universities,there are many factors which are not controllable in the process of capital source and use,planning and management of large-scale construction project.In addition,the risk awareness of the infrastructure projects in Colleges and universities is not strong and the professional personnel are insufficient,which makes our project managers lag behind in the identification and prevention of risk.The purpose of this thesis is to study the risk factors in the construction projects of colleges and universities,identifying and evaluating the potential risks,and then put forward the corresponding solutions.Through literature analysis and expert interviews,this thesis,based on the whole life cycle theory of the project,covers all links from the actual construction of project preparation to the completion acceptance.It identifies 36 risk factors in the project stage,preparation stage,construction stage and acceptance stage,then designs questionnaires for each stage risk factors,consults and scores the experts and scholars,then constructs the analytic hierarchy model to process the data;The results show that the political risk and the pre-planning risk are the main risk factors during the project establishment stage,the economic risk,the technical risk and the behavioral risk and the organizational risk are the main risk factors;In the preparation phase,economic risk,technical risk and behavioral risk and organizational risk are the main risk factors;During the construction phase,contract risk,quality risk,organizational risk and economic risk are the main risk factors;In the completion phase,the economic risk is the main risk factor.Based on the risk identification and evaluation,this thesis gives the corresponding risk response measures for the risk factors in different stages of the project.In theory,the integration of life cycle theory and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)in this thesis is a further enrichment of project risk related management,which makes this thesis has practical reference value.In practice,this thesis analyzes the key risks in the construction of new campus in each stage and puts forward corresponding solutions,which can be used as reference for actual project management. |
