Social development, education reform in education, exam-oriented education to quality continuously transformation, education center undergone a fundamental change, raises the student independent learning ability has become the focus of the present education. The quality of our country education reform, that the Chinese talents cultivation target has gradually changed gradually from the cultivation of knowledge ability. Below this kind of trend, a series about learning ability cultivation of teaching methods and teaching theory also gradually by the education workers' attention.This paper mainly by literature data method, questionnaire and mathematical statistics research method study. This article through experiment measuring and test before after mainly from students' learning attitude, learning motivation, learning strategies and self-efficacy of experimental object four dimensions is analyzed. Research results show that each aspect prior to the research object > 0.05 similar basically P no significant difference after classes, experiment of achievement and various aspects and that in comparative classes, experimental class test grades except spiking technique outside obviously better than that in comparative classes P < 0.05 significant differences."The self-adjustment studies" theory in China by more and more experts, scholars and first teachers' attention, practice proves that she is the cultivation of students' autonomous learning plays a significant role. Through the research and analysis of experiment data following conclusions:1. The self-adjustment study theory to the volleyball in colleges teaching effect of elective courses than traditional teaching teaching effect are excellent.2. The self-adjustment studies teaching in university volleyball elective course of students' learning motivation, learning strategy, self-efficacy has a positive impact.3. The self-adjustment studies teaching in university volleyball elective course of students' self-efficacy rise significantly better than boys to girls.4. The boys and girls in experimental classes after using self adjusting learning theory in learning ability, there exist differences between them.This teaching experiment, through to the university volleyball elective courses use self adjusting learning theory test this teaching theory helps to improve the student's ability of autonomous learning, learning to learn better learning, carries on the preliminary exploration and research. Although the experiment process and result analysis shows that made some achievements, but there are also many shortcomings. Owing to the time is short, but less, in the basic physical aspects failed to reflect self adjusting the advantage of learning, remains to be further research; In addition, in the investigation of self-regulation in the process of selecting less, probably not overall dimensions, remains to be further validation; The evaluation of students only by the teachers' evaluation result is more onefold, means of evaluation by the experimental results may affect, should further perfecting evaluation system.
