This paper is based on our country as the main body, Japan for an object. We compare the two countries middle-school students'mathematics professional qualification.April 24, 2010, MEXT organized and implemented the national duty professional qualification investigation which in allusion to the education stage. Its purpose is to test the learning guidance in bringing (equivalent to the implementation of the new course standard) and provide reference for the next class changes. This investigation in the content selection, survey methods and other aspects are different from before and it shows some new characteristics.Learning the survey methods, models of professional qualification from Japanese are good for examining and assessing for scholastic achievement, think of the students in our country and evaluating the situation of curriculum reformation.This paper adopted junior middle school math tests of Japan 2010 professional qualification investigation and text for our part junior high school students; during the study we adopt literature method, content analysis and comparison method etc. The main content moves around the translation and establishment of text questions, data analysis and comparison of statistics, conclusions and recommendations and so on several aspects. Comparing and analyzing the two countries mathematical professional qualification survey results and Combining the two countries education actual elementary, we give some suggestions to improve the teaching of junior middle school mathematics classroom in our country. Research shows,In general, the mathematical professional qualification average levels of junior high school students which are measured in our country are superior to Japan's;Judging from the mastering of knowledge, junior high school students which are measured in our country are inferior to Japan's in the following respects:The understanding of the meaning for the"proof of mathematical";The grasping of the meaning for the"Probability";The formation of "space conception".In allusion to the questions above, we give some suggests combining the questions appears in the text from the perspective of teaching:Perfect the teaching method of "probability meaning"Pay attention to develop the"thought of symbolic-graphic combination".Strengthening the ability of cultivation of mathematics expression processing. Promote the formation of students'"space conception".Pay attention to the training for the inference proof of mathematical.
