Analogical reasoning is educational theory of scientific thinking in biology curriculum. Scientific thinking is different from empirical thinking. It belongs to way of normative thinking. In way of normative thinking, scientific thinking is different from philosophical thinking and artistic thinking. Judging from the specific content, the biology course is closely related to the science of abstract thinking. The abstract thinking of science is based on science concept or symbol for thinking materials. This thinking is the basic form of critical thinking and reasoning thinking. Analogical reasoning belongs to one of the rational thought forms.Analogical reasoning is based on some external base and is widely used as reasoning methods and cognitive skills. The conclusion of analogical reasoning has the outstanding characteristic. The probability can be full of thinking of imagination and insight. Exploratory is extremely strong, but shortage of theoretical knowledge and experience material cases.In this paper, a lot of domestic and foreign readings about analogical reasoning are the basis of the research literatures. This paper discusses application situation of analogical reasoning thinking in high school. On the basis of studying and analysis, biology teacher is in actual teaching using analogy. Based on textbook content and teaching language, teaching effect of analogical reasoning influence to a lot of analysis and research for students thinking development.Many important discoveries in science and hypotheses proposed are linked to using analogical thought. In biology discipline teaching, textbooks and the content of teaching analogy can make abstract information vivid. It will help students understand and memory intellectual concept to cultivate creativity. Based on the text research and case study, using content analysis and questionnaire survey try to present biology teaching situation of the application in high school.
