In the 21st century, the Internet was concerned more than ever.Because of steady progress in building information infrastructure resources, the Internet more solid foundation to develop more rapidly. However, According to authoritative statistics, Up to 2009, China has about 1.3 million BBS Forums and the number of BBS was the first all over the world.However, the rate as a typical representative of the share and participate in class applications (updated blog, post / Replies) is still low . The author in the process of participating in the forums of Web-based Courses and found that not everyone is the same level of participation, So uses the method of the questionnaire to find: In the forums,some people are always actively involved in recovery,which has high post Replies; and there are some people, although they will be very serious to participate in the forums, from which access to information, they Replies little or zero; the last part, they are not positive attitude in the forum, even never reply. The forums of Web-based Courses is a typical kind of the online course online forum as a representative, is more of an online forum has an educational function. Considering features of the differernt learns,the dispersion and diversity of post-numbers are similar to long tail curve which proposed by Chris Andersen who is the U.S. scholar and raised"The Long Tail". so loans thinking mode of the long tail theory, With "Computer Application Foundation" Web-based Courses As An Example,discovering countermeasures to "The Long Tail"phenomenon in forums of Web-based Courses,in order to enhance the Interaction between teachers and students forum in forums of Web-based Courses.
