Under the background of new curriculum reform, primary school classroom presented a new vision-full of education opportunities and challenge. It requires teachers to develop teaching tact in order to capture the life of a new class, interpretation and deduce the new concept of curriculum reform so that to promote the course reform practice and improve the effectiveness of the curriculum reform. This is the era requirements of teachers' professional development.This study defines teaching tact just like this: Facing the"amazing" of class, teachers capture the educational resources keenly, consider the interests of students, make rationally judgement and decisive decision based on the teaching objectives,and transform the creative thinking into teaching behavior immediately. And solute the contingencies of class timely and effectively,not only incloding teacher education ideology levels of the understanding and its value orientation, etc,but also incloding the ability of transfoming ideology into effective teaching behavior.Based on the knowing, understanding of teaching tact, this research study conducted in a questionnaire survey and interviews of the resarch objects-- primary school teachers in Jilin province from five angle such as students oriented consciousness, resources integration awareness, judgment, strain capacity and subject knowledge. By the comprehensive analysis and judgment based on the information obtained,we obtained the relevant conclusions.The results show that:Firstly,of the backbone teachers investigated,for teaching tact,the teachers who have a good sense of understanding and the appropriate consciousness account for the majority.However,the overall level of respondents is not high.From the aspects of teaching tact features,we found that on the one hand this group of teachers are relatively mature about the consciousness of using class randomly generated resources to integrate,and reach the medium level on students oriented consciousness and subject knowledge,but on the other hane they also exist great lack on classroom observation, judgment and generating capacity timely and effectively. Their overall level is not high. Teacher training of teaching tact need to pay attention to this two capabilities.Overall it seems that most teachers identity teaching tact,and they have stronger consciousness about course.Secondly, the factors about the teachers'teaching tact of rural backbone primary school are many.On the development plateau,the teachers lack of the power of self development, lacking discipline knowledge influences the formation and appearance of teaching tact ;they rely on experience and lack of reflection;the teachers lack professional leading and the examination-oriented education affects teachers'judgements,ect.Finally,to improve the backbone teacher's teaching tact of rural primary school needs to manage generally.In order to improve and enhance the overall level of the backbone teacher's teaching tact of rural primary school ,we must take comprehesive measures.1. Enhance training--Provide professional leading for teachers which in full of teaching tact and based on teachering situation ;2. Base on their own work--Base on the teaching practice, and focus on the effectively use of the randomly generated resources.3. Different people take various measures—eg.stimulate intrinsic motivation and reposit the education pursuit;4. In terms of academic literacy--Enrich and deepen subject knowledge and broaden their knowledge.This study is benefical to understand the status and reason of the rural backbone teachers'teaching tact,and it's good for teachers'professional development.
