As Quality education and accelerating the pace of the new curriculum reform and education infomationization degree of expansion,Construction of teachers' professionalization becomes increasingly urgent,Especially in the rural primary and secondary school teachers in promoting urban and rural education fair and more important role in the process of compulsory education balanced development.In the face of the people to the needs of the development of the education fair,Diversified,Personalized “much starker choices-and graver consequences-in” development planning of our country clearly proposed to strengthen the rural teachers team construction as an important means to promote education fair,And as the broad masses of rural education in a line of teachers,the teaching idea,knowledge structure,teaching means,such as the changing reality,how to improve their professional level is the problem that the current rural primary and secondary school teachers must be thinking.Teacher professional development is the process that the individual teacher adapts to the development of teacher specialization(group or occupation),Through the continuous theoretical study,skill upgrading and self-reflection,makes his ability hierarchy more in line with the development of teacher specialization,and changes from non-professional to professional.From the point of view of teachers professional development,it is required that rural primary and middle school core teachers not only have the corresponding professional qualifications or academic qualifications,but also have the corresponding internalconditions such as moral cultivation,professional theoretical literacy,skilled teaching skills and scientific research ability.According to the requirement of professional development of teachers,we found that there are limited promotion channels in the development or rural primary and secondary school core teachers,and no strong demonstration.The teaching task is heavy,the aging phenomenon of teachers is outstanding;The degree of professional matching is high,and the number of many subjects is more serious;The work motivation is lacking,the proportion of teachers taking off work is less;Job satisfaction is low,teachers professional recognition is not high;There are six development difficulties,such as limited training opportunities and insufficient integration of teacher education and training.The author believes that the main causes of these problems are unreasonable system and mechanism,disproportionate environment and status,and unequal pay and gain,which is the result of policy,society and psychology.Therefore,in order to realize the professional development of rural primary and secondary school teachers,we must take effective measures to promote the professional development of rural primary and secondary school teachers from three aspects: The construction of institutional mechanism,The construction of guarantee mechanism and the cultivation of dynamic mechanism.
