On The Research Of Interaction Between Community Self-governing Organizations And Residents In The City

The transformation brought by the reform and openness, on the one hand, makes Chinese community be confronted with an unprecedented opportunity for development; on the other hand, it collapses the planned economic system which has controlled Chinese society for a long time. It is difficult for the quondam urban social integration mechanism to adapt to the new market economic system. Therefore, many following social problems can not be resolved effectively. As a community of human life and the terminal of the urban management system, community becomes the best way to resolve these social problems. But after looked through the current state of the community's development in our country, we can find that the community self-governing organizations and residents do not form a benign interaction. There are many reasons to result in this phenomenon, including the tendency of administration of the community self-governing organizations and the lack of enthusiasm and motivation of the residents to participate in the community public affairs.The construction and development of community will be achieved with the incessant efforts of community self-governing organizations and residents. Therefore, this paper considers the interaction between community self-governing organizations and residents as the object of study, applies questionnaire surveys, interviews and documentary research. The whole article can be divided into five parts: the first part introduces some related concepts, and takes Simmel's theory of social interaction and the theory of Habermas's public sphere as the guidance to analyze the feasibility of interaction between the community self-governing organizations and residents; in the second part, we can understand the interactive situation between the neighborhood committees and residents, through the investigation of community H; the third part analyzes the feasibility, the function and the conditions of formation of the benign interaction; the fourth part makes an analysis about the present problems and their causes; the fifth part comes up with the solutions respectively. Through the research, I hope to make analysis about the real situation of the interaction between community self-governing organizations and residents at present. I also hope that this analysis can draw people'attention and thinking about it in the construction of community, and provide some significant advice for the lack of attention to the research and the real situation of the interaction of the two majors in the process.
