Seriously affect the quality of rural teachers the quality of rural education, and teacher professional development is the relationship between an important factor in the quality of rural teachers, teacher professional development is good or bad, to a large extent determine the quality of teachers in the high and low. This article studies the focus of rural teachers to professional development. And one of the major rural teachers through career description and photo of real life, showing that the teacher experienced in the career development process , reflecting the difficulties encountered in its development. In summing up experience, combined with practical conditions and on the basis of national education policies, propose solutions to the problem.Total thesis is divided into five parts: The first part is an introduction, mainly including the background, research methods and content, the meaning of research, mainly on the topic of my reason. Part II describes the relevant theoretical points of the theoretical basis of teacher professional development and its contents, including Research. The third part is the teacher's career overview of M and his life situation. The main contents include M teacher introduced the background, family background and educational background; about his development experience , self-development and training situation; also describes his life of hard pressure and their school environment. According to these data points out the plight of the professional development of teachers. The fourth part is the plight of the development process for the further interpretation, analysis of the reasons causing difficulties. Analysis of role conflict, life stress, school culture, social and cultural aspects of teacher professional development in the roll. The fifth part of countermeasures, mainly from the policy point of view the value of the time, the school management level, teacher training levels and improve the social status of teachers in a bid to promote the professional development of teachers.The level of teacher professional development in rural areas and the quality of rural education is closely related to exploring rural areas under certain conditions the path of professional development, help to improve the quality of teachers in rural areas , promote development of rural education. Between the limitations of knowledge, only a preliminary interpretation of the author, for the problem, will continue to understand the future.
