The Application Research of the Dialogue Instruction in Politics Teaching The dialogue instruction is a teaching method based on the spirit of dialogue, which lays emphasis on the connection and inspiration between teachers and students, students and students, teachers, students and educational resources, through which we can achieve the purpose of the self development of teachers and students. Confucius, Socrates, Buber, Freire once tried to have a comprehensive and a whole understanding of the theory .The essence of the theory is practice ,and the key point is the teachers'questions during the course .The dialogue instruction advocates equal and democratic relation, free and open environment and people-oriented purpose of dialogue.This paper is based on the author's nine years practical teaching practice; it investigates the application strategies of the dialogue instruction in political classes. Plenty of practical teaching cases are included. Based on the teaching cases, the author studied about it systematically, analyzed relevant regulations and pointed out the problems in political classes caused by the teaching method.The first section of the paper focuses on the brief summary of the dialogue instruction .it deals with the basic theory from the three following aspects: the survey to the concept, theoretical foundation and practical meaning.Section II focuses on the problems and reasons caused by the application of the dialogue instruction in politics teaching. The author discoursed universality, effectiveness and skills .In addition, the author discoursed the reasons from the aspects of the defects in the present system of education, traditional legal education mode, teacher's quality.Section III is the core of the paper which is about the application of the dialogue instruction in politics teaching. The exploration falls on the principle of application, the specific methods.The principle of application includes interactive, the principle equality, the principle of generation and the principle of validation.The specific means that deal with the application of the dialogue instruction are from three angles: dialogue between teachers and students, dialogue between students and students, teachers, students and educational resources .According to the classification of the courses and the classification of the stage of the course, the author provides us masses of teaching cases and analyzes certain teaching principles.
