New Curriculum Reform claims a change in the status quo, advocates students’active participation in learning. It has been a big change in middle school ideologicaland ethical teaching, but, it still exists a distance with the requirements of the newcurriculum reform. It is necessary to change the mode of ideological and moral teaching.As a new teaching concept and principle, dialogue teaching is an effective teachingmorphology change the ideological and moral status of teaching.Based on the dialogue theory, to investigate teaching situation, it shows teachershave a dialogue awareness and dialogue tendency, but the dialogue teaching is not a realdialogue teaching. According to the status, the paper analyzes its impediments fromstudents, teachers and the environment. Finally abscised on the current situation ofteaching, combined with the philosophy of the new curriculum reform, the paperanalyzes the moral lesson teaching philosophy and principles of dialogue. Then, to seekthe path of realization of the moral lessons dialogue teaching, as follows: Optimize theenvironment; creating appropriate contexts; generate effective dialogue topic; pass theexpectations of teachers effectively; enhance students’ self-efficacy fully; establish ascientific evaluation mechanism.
