With the high-quality development of my country’s economy and society,the country’s demand for high-level sports talents has become more and more urgent.my country is in a critical period when a sports power is moving towards a sports power,and a sports power is the goal and task of the reform and development of my country’s sports work in the new era.The "Outline for Building a Strong Sports Country" proposes to modernize the sports governance system and sports governance capacity by2035,and improve the appeal,influence and cohesion of sports culture.In this context,higher education has gradually become the core competitiveness of various countries,and the cultivation of talents is particularly important.Since 1951,the development of postgraduates in physical education in my country has cultivated batches of outstanding sports talents through continuous exploration.Paying attention to learning advanced knowledge and beneficial ideological achievements in the world,and combining it with China’s reality to transform China,is the way of thinking that we follow in the development of sports.Therefore,only by understanding the development form of international sports and integrating into the world sports can we better promote the development of domestic sports.As China’s neighbor,Russia’s higher education in the Soviet period was a blueprint for my country to follow.However,with the outbreak of war,economic recession and great social changes,the development of Russian higher education was also seriously affected.For this reason,Russia decided to join the Bologna process in 2003.After joining the process,the development of higher education has achieved remarkable results,which is called a turning point in the development of Russian higher education.Based on this,this paper takes the Bologna process as the background and the representative sports university in Russia as the research object to study the training mode of the master’s degree in sports in the university.To explore the experience and enlightenment of Russian postgraduates in physical education in the process of Bologna,in order to contribute to the development of the training model of postgraduates in physical education in my country.This paper adopts the research methods such as literature data,logical analysis and case study.The research content is mainly divided into four parts.The first part is the development and evolution of Russian postgraduate students,which are discussed from three time periods.The second part is the background,development and core essence of the Bologna Process.The third part analyzes the characteristics of the training of postgraduates in physical education in Russia under the Bologna process,and tries to analyze its internal connection by interpreting the third-generation national education standards.The fourth part analyzes the Russian Sports University as a case,and analyzes the development of the training mode after the implementation of the Bologna Process through the study of the admission methods,training objectives,training levels,and training methods.The fifth part summarizes the achievements and experience of the development of postgraduates in physical education in Russia after joining the Bologna process,compares the actual situation of postgraduates in physical education in my country,and obtains useful enlightenment from it.The study found that both China and Russia regard comprehensive development as a development concept;Russia can better reflect the characteristics of professionalism in curriculum setting;China’s master’s types are more flexible and compatible;Russian higher education is influenced by the Bologna process,focusing on "learner-centered"." educational philosophy.Enlightenment for the training mode of postgraduates in physical education in my country: the training objectives are time-sensitive,and the training objectives of sports talents can be adjusted appropriately according to the needs of social and economic development;the mutual recognition of degrees and the establishment of the academic qualification framework make the flow of personnel more flexible;With the advancement of the international development of higher education,the curriculum setting is more accurate and specific.
