High school students ' inquiry learning method in history class is a requirement of the times and the new curriculum requirements. In the 21st century ,the increasingly fierce competition in comprehensive national strength among countries in the final analysis is a scientific and technological strength and quality competition. So developing talents with the quality of a scientific thinking way is the needs of the age. The new curriculum reform in China focuses on changes in the way of teaching and learning, allowing students to participate in teaching activities, encouraging them to learn by independent thinking and exchanging their opinions and cooperation so that they mutually inspire each other, training issues and problem-solving skills and cultivate habits of inquiry learning, play the role of inquiry learning.This Article is mainly based on constructivist learning theory, cognitive psychology, through classroom teaching and cultivation of students ' learning of history starting with practical case studies and analysis, to practice high school history class in teaching students ' carrier of inquiry learning methods and strategies.The article uses mainly the historical research methods, methods of historical inquiry, exploring three aspects of the historical conclusion on the cultivation of students ' inquiry learning method. Summary out history inquiry learning method training of carrier: 1. Combination textbook training inquiry learning method 2. Providing extracurricular material upgrade students inquiry learning method 3. Using students itself problem within of inquiry learning method.History inquiry learning methods and strategies: 1. problem situation policy 2. teachers'guidance policy 3. inductive summary policy 4. migration training policy 5. instant evaluation policy. The whole process of studying is mainly shown by different live cases.In the course of study, the author regularly performs open classes, in the course of practice, collects plenty of first-hand experience. This article is derived from the teaching practice of experience, more specifically, to be operational, has a significance for exploratory learning ability. And in addition, this article will play a guiding role in the my future teaching activities, so I will certainly pay more attention to researching the cultivation of the ability to enhance self-reflection on my teaching ability.
