Study On Specialized Technical Indicators Evaluation System Of Chinese Excellent Women's Shot Putters

Looking at the study of shot put in the world, we can clearly see that domestic and international sports researchers made a comprehensive study in shot put teaching, athletic training, the youth shot put basic training and selection, diagnosis and analysis of shot put techniques and shot put development of scientific instruments etc. but there is not be found about specialized technical evaluation system study of Chinese women's shot put athletes in documents that we foundSport technology is a very important part of athletic abilities. If there is an excellent sport technology, it is difficult to obtain good athletic performance, even the best physical and mental qualities. Shot put athlete's technical training is their top priority content throughout the all training, especially for high-performance shot put athletes. The training practices of many excellent shot put athletes show: on the closed condition to physical and mental qualities, the better and perfect is in technology, the more excellent to take advantage of the body ability, even to make up physical deficiencies and achieve outstanding athletic performance. Shot Put Athletes Special Technical Evaluation System(SPASTES) provide a content and technology standards to quickly diagnose and immediately evaluate student and athletes'shot put technology. It is an important prerequisite condition to improve the athlete's special technology. So building the SPASTES is not only tendency of modern scientific training but also the important measure to continuously improve the level of China's women's shot put movement. On this reason, we chose to study this subject.By the documents, and the mathematical statistics methods of expert survey, recording analytical method and factor analysis, stepwise regression and gray theory, this paper analyses special techniques for 51 person-times international rank athletes of china, including Li Meisu, Sui Xinmei and Huang Zhihong.The result shows:1.The women'SPASTES includes 4 factors and 7 technical indicators. 4 factors are: peed factor, the vertical displacement factor, angle factor and time factor; 7 technical indicators are: the shot height on the moment that right foot touches ground, shot height on the moment that shot takes off from hand, the closing speed of shot on the moment that right foot take off the ground, the closing speed of shot on the moment that left foot touches the ground, shot speed on the moment that shot takes off from hand, shot angle on the moment that shot takes off from hand with ground and the final force time to shot.2. China's excellent women's shot putter performance prediction model: Y = 2.215×X11-4.19×X5 +0.838×X7-7.002, that X11 is shot speed on the moment that shot takes off from hand, X5 is the shot height on the moment that right foot touches ground the right foot forward to the moment the ball height, X7 is shot height on the moment that shot takes off from hand.3. The specific technical evaluation indicators and diagnostic criteria of women's shot put are built. There are: individual score standard of elite women'shot put athlete's special technical indicators, evaluation methods and criteria of special technical indicators'integrated development of elite women'shot put athlete's special technical indicators.
