Research On Chinese Elite Women Shot Putter Technology

The article has studied Chinese women shot putter skill from the aspects of specific techniques,specific technique parameter against the game result,and individual athlete differences through the method of literature review,expert interview,3D video analysis,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,comparative analysis and so on.The result shows: in sliding stage,the barycentric velocity is taken 12.5%-22.1% of the release velocity of the seven Chinese active duty elite women shot putter,sliding distance 1.00 m ~ 1.38 m,sliding time 0.14 s ~ 0.18 s,height of gravity center 0.44 m ~ 0.62 m;in transition stage,the barycentric velocity variation is-5.91%-18.91%,transition time 0.09 s ~0.20 s,transition distance 1.00m~1.38 m,height of gravity center 0.79m~0.96m;in the final thrust stage,barycentric velocity is 11.73m/s ~12.73m/s,time 0.17 s ~0.28 s,distance 1.30m~ 1.64 m.The research result as below:(1)The sliding stage is the starting stage of speed glide shot put and also critical to maintain a better position to fully release the power.Four of the seven active duty athletes,Liu Xiangrong,Ma Qiao,Li Meiju,Guo Tianqian,are not good at maintenance of the body gravity center speed,which cause the mismatch of the gravity center speeds of the shot and the body.(2)The sliding distance of the athletes,Ma Qiao,Gong Lijiao,Liu Xiangrong,is short and the utilization of the area is low.To raise the kicking ability and the coordination ability of the hand and leg are the main approach to increase the sliding distance and reduce the time.To reduce the angle of hip joint and knee joint is the precondition of maintain a low gravity center and the requirement of increase the distance.(3)In transition stage,the shot gravity center speed variation of the seven athletes is much higher than the variation of body gravity center speed.In the trend of speed increasing,Li Ling still shows the speed decreasing in technique,and Liu Xiangrong has Secondary Power in the best score.(4)The double support distance of the seven athletes is not so different with the previous elite athletes.Comparatively speaking,the double support distance is short and move is hurry for Li Ling and Gao Yang.Most of the athletes have a stable gravity center in the movement while Ma Qiao and Li Meiju are not stable.(5)Gong Lijiao has fast release speed but the angle is low,which is influenced by the vertical and horizontal speed of the shot at the time of release.The increase of horizontal speed and reduce of the vertical speed will reduce the speed which will cause a low release angle.(6)The current athletes are taller than previous national athletes but the average release height is almost the same.The height advantage is not reflected in the research.The main elements that influent the release height are the support of the left leg and the hip and right shoulder joints extension at the time of release.(7)In transition stage,the body gravity center speed has big influence on the scoring.Shot gravity center speed is close to the scoring.In the sliding stage when the right foot is off the ground,the shooter the time is,the better the reflect effect is.The distance of the shot has positive correlativity with the scoring.(8)Gong Lijao,Li Ling and Liu Xiangrong have different body gravity center speed at the final thrust stage.The right hip joint angle and the left knee joint are quite different among Li Ling,Gong Lijiao and Liu Xiangrong.
