China's Basketball National Female Referee Training Present Situation Investigation And Analysis

Since basketball was introduced into China, it has gained great popularity and rapid development because it is highly entertaining, strongly confrontational and easily feasible. After the new China was founded, basketball became an important communication way between our country and eastern Europe, the former Soviet union and other socialist countries and made outstanding contributions to China's diplomatic work. Among mass sports, basketball also has a very large group of enthusiasts and is important to activate spiritual life, improve people's living quality and promote body fitness. It's a great tool for establishing the comprehensive harmonious society. Chinese women's basketball does not have an outstanding performance in mass sports while it has created one and another brilliant achievements. With Chinese women's volleyball team and women's football team, it defends our country's dignity in the three big ball fields .With the increasing number of large matches and increasingly higher level, women's basketball has developed remarkably and WCBA has become the second largest women's professional basketball league next to the WNBA. In a match, referees are law enforcers and compositeurs of the game. The game's smooth and exciting process combines referees'creative work and wisdom. Whether the referee is fair and accurate and whether he or she makes artistic decisions directly affect the level of the game. Referees are the important driving force for the continuous development of Chinese women's basketball.To meet the increasing need for the referees of women's basketball, our national and local governments have paid great attention and money. Though the number of women referees for basketball has grown, it is still not satisfactory. In the whole, the construction of women referees team still exist problems to be solved. How to perfect the development of women referees team to meet demands is important not only for promoting the development of the basketball game, but also provides important referee resources for teenagers'basketball. The importance is self-evident. This paper uses literature material method, expert interview method, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and other methods to explore problems of the construction of Chinese women national referees team, as well as the present situation, survival environment and factors concerned in the construction of Chinese women national referees team. On this basis, the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures for reference. The main conclusions are as follows:1. Chinese women national referees for basketball are mainly composed of the young and the middle-aged. However, the ratio of referees between 25 to 30 years is low. It is necessary to increase this ratio. Women referees are faced with pressures from both family and career, most of who are physical teachers in universities and have an experience of playing basketball as well as a good understanding of basketball rules. In terms of the regional distribution, referees in the east account for half of the proportion while referees form the central and west are fewer. This phenomenon affects the balanced development of our country's women's basketball. What's more, though most referees have high education, they are not good at English communication ability and scientific research ability.2. The women's basketball referees in our country generally have high professional morality accomplishments, which makes them perform well in spot judgment and professional qualities; their psychological performance is good too, but when meeting the leakage and mistakes in judgment, or the interference in or outside the playing ground, their psychological performance is not stable. Their psychological construction remains to be strengthened.3, Chinese women national referees for basketball generally have rich experience in refereeing, most of who have experience of refereeing national basketball games. However, the number of the games refereed is small. In holding the work stress, due to the nature of part-time, they have little leisure time and much pressure ; In the view of self-valuing of refereeing, due to the lack of opportunities to be the first referee, their refereeing skills are still not satisfying. 4, Currently, women referees are still need improving, and women's basketball games are still refereed by men, which causes few opportunities for women referees to practice; amateur nature of referees brings some difficulties for management. Most units which referees belong to think refereeing outside will affect the work, but they also say they will support their refereeing; in terms of referees'management regulations, they are relatively loose and there are no threat measures, which makes room for bad holding in the match.According to the problems above, the paper puts forward corresponding measures. Training women referees for basketball under the age of 30 to strengthen the international referees team reserve; laying more emphasis on training referees in the central and the west, to keep a balance in the region. Paying importance to learning so as to improve English communication skills and scientific research ability of women referees; continuously improving women referees'ideological quality and moral quality to ensure the purity of the team; from a view of protecting women's rights and interests, providing more chances for women; strengthening the direct communication between management agencies and their subordinate units in order that referees can be assigned work smoothly and carry out their training easily. All these suggestions are meant to provide reference for the construction of national team.
