Basketball referee is an indispensable part of basketball movement, the referee ofthe cutting quality will be directly related to the development of basketball sports.Therefore, Beijing referee team construction is an important task in front of us. Inorder to objectively and accurately analyze the referee team development presentsituation, analyzes some of the adverse factors, puts forward the countermeasures ofdevelopment and reform, make the sustained and healthy development of thebasketball referees level of Beijing. Himself by the methods of documentary, expertinterview, questionnaire investigation, logical analysis, mathematical statistics methodto investigate the present situation of basketball referees in Beijing, the analysis, thefollowing conclusions:(1) Beijing basketball referees structure is not reasonable, level of basketballreferees development imbalance between the city districts, referees selection ways ofa single, long cycle of the growth of the referee.(2) Beijing basketball refereeā€™s English level is low, the current level of Englishin advance to a higher level of referee level do not meet the requirements of the fibarules of promotion; The referee information exchange platform is less, lack ofcommunication channels.(3) the development of Beijing with domestic high level basketball referee, thereferee good provinces on the quantity and the cutting level there is a certain gap, andin the national promotion international stage appear fault phenomenon, state-levelreferee on the age is beyond the fiba rules of advanced age.(4) Beijing basketball referees overall good professional moral self assessment.(5) Beijing basketball referee management lack of systemic and continuity.
