The reformation of the enrolment and examination system is a sensitive and significant social issues, which is the key to further education reformation and to promote quality-oriented education. It has been thirty-four years since 1977, when Deng Xiaoping initiated to renew university entrance examination, and the university entrance examination has selected plenty of talented people for university, so as to popularize the higher education. The university entrance examination plays a very important role in developing elementary education, balancing education level in each area, improving education arrangement, enhancing education quality and equaling opportunity of national education. The university entrance examination also deeply influenced the education development and national standard enhancement. But the university entrance examination also has make bad effects to elementary education development. The examination-oriented education is gradually become"elementary education"and the elementary education deviate from the correct course. It should research in many aspects to find out that how to guide the national elementary education to quality-oriented education.The first part mainly focusing on the national examination-oriented education present situation and the starting step of enrolment and examination system reformation. Through analyzing the history origin and social status of present examination-oriented education, point out the necessity to reform this kind of education model, and then expound the relationship between the reformation of enrollment and examination system in our country and how to guide the examination-oriented education transform to quality-oriented education.The second part mainly focused on the opinion change of enrollment and examination under the background of examination-oriented education. Discuss the examination-oriented education transform to quality-oriented education, and personality development and national requirement. And then state the combination of the transformation and the combination. Expound the transformation from orientation of go to higher school to qualification orientation. Establish the lifelong education conception, and the way to deal with the relationship between equality and benefit. Expound the idea transformation process of enrollment and examination from examination-oriented education to quality-oriented education.The main idea of the third part is the analyzing of multiple facts of enrollment and examination system after been reformed and then pointing out that the reformation of our enrollment and examination system transformed into multiple facts.In the fourth part, mainly deeply thinking about reformation of enrollment and examination, via analyzing the principle of further examination system reformation, summarized that insist on the idea, which is favorable to cultivate talent people, as the basis of reformation of enrollment and examination.The thesis mainly expounds the following creative point and conclusion: the enrollment and examination system should transformed from single fact to multiple fact through much reformation in enrollment pattern, examination content, examination method and so on. The enrollment and examination system transformed from traditional close situation to open, to creative, to modernization. Under the influent of present background of examination-oriented education, we should not deny all aspects of the traditional examination system. It should to reform the present examination system, and then meet the requirement of cultivate talent students.
