In front of the stern employment realistic situation, the important and urgent task in front of the students, schools, government and the community is how to promote the employability of college students from Agriculture and Forest university, enabling the students to realize the employment smoothly. Promotion the employability of college students of Agriculture and Forest university becomes the premise and safeguard to realize the employment of college students and achieve professional life, and the talented person safeguard for the socialism new rural reconstruction and the agriculture modernization development. It has important theoretical and practical significance.Firstly, this research clears about the background and the significance of selected topic, summarizes the domestic and foreign research present situation and the commentary, and introduces the research clue, technique and chapter structure, this research innovation and deficiency.Subsequently, on the basis of the concept limits of Agriculture and Forest university, the employability of college students, the employability of college students from Agriculture and Forest university and so on, this research proposes theoretical basis of the employability of college student, such as theory of human-job match, theory of human-organization match, theory of vocational development, theory of multiple intelligences and theory of human capital.Afterward, from the view of the university to raises student's goal, synthesizing and using for the index system of the employability of college students internationally, selecting the suiting index to measure the employability of college students of Agriculture and Forest university, combing with our unique practical operation, and simultaneously on the basis of 20 related expert opinions and in the suggestion, we try to construct the evaluating index system of the employability of college students of Agriculture and Forest university including32 concrete index,6 aspects such as the moral individuality, the basic capability, the specialized ability, the practical ability, the development ability and other aspects and so on. And take Hunan Agricultural university as the example, we carry on the empirical analysis to the index system of the employability of college students of Agriculture and Forest university, measure our country the present situation of the employability of college students of Agriculture and Forest university. The result showed that the current employability index of college students in Hunan Agricultural university is 74.64% and employability of college students is ordinary.Then, from college students own factor, the school factor, the government factor and the employer factor, we analyze the influencing factors of the employability of college students of Agriculture and Forest university, and calculate the weight of each influencing factor through the analytic hierarchy process. We discover that influencing factors of the employability of college students of Agriculture and Forest university is various, each influencing factor is not same, the influencing factor is also changes unceasingly, and reach a conclusion that the internal factor is the most important influencing factors of the employability of college students of Agriculture and Forest university, but external factor is lower important influencing factors.Finally, propose the targeted strategy to enhance the employability of college students of Agriculture and Forest university. Promotion the employability of college students, not only to solve the difficult employment issues of students in Agriculture and Forest university, so that more students of agricultural and forestry can find the job, but also to solve the employment structure issues between the society needing a large number of talents and the training of talents of Agriculture and Forest university, and to become breakthrough of butt, in order to provide talented person safeguard for the socialism new rural reconstruction and the agriculture modernization development.
