A Research On The Application Of The Modern Education Technology To Farmer Training In Fujian Province

The Modern Educational Technology is the theory and practice of designing, developing, utilizating, manageing and evaluation the teaching and learning's process and resources,and the purpose is to realize the optimization of teaching. The application of the modern education technology to farmer training is the important impetus to speed up the transfer of rural surplus labor force,promote of new rural construction ,promote agricultural industrialization process and change the way of agricultural growth. Base on the reviewing the history and analysis of the present situation of farmer training in FuJian Province, around the problems existing in the application of modern education technology to farmer training in Fujian Province, some both theoretical basis and practical suggestions are put forward to promote farmer training transformed from the traditional model into modern model, to be good for the effection application of the modern education technology to the farmer training in Fujian Province.The article has six parts.The first part is the introduction of the paper. It includes the practical value and theoretical significance, the literature review of this study at home and abord, the purpose of this study, and the prolems to be solved. The second part summarizes the current situation of the application of the modern education to farmer training in Fujian Province. The third part presents the application of the modern education technology to farmer training in Fujian Province by SWOT method, including the advantage, opportunities,threats and challenges in the application of the modern education technology to farmer training in Fujian Province. Accord to the study above ,part four concludes the exiting problems for the application of the modern education technology to farmer training in Fujian Province .On the fifth part, the paper researches the application of"Agricultural technology 110"network to farmer training in Quzhou City to analyze its successful experiences about how to develop the application of farmer training . In the last part,the paper makes a conclusion about the over-all study and puts forward some measures to develop the application of the modern education technology to farmer training in Fujian Province.
