Distance Education Teacher Of Modern Educational Technology Application Ability And Training To Improve The Program Of Study

Modern teaching technology is about how to optimize teaching, based on modern teaching theories and modern information technology, by developing, designing, utilizing, assessing and managing teaching resources during teaching & learning. This technology in not only a powerful arm for reform and development, but also a important theory basis and technology promise to improve modern education and the highest point of today' s education, As the main stream of Chinese modern distance education, CCTVU is in urgent need of a managing, technical teaching team which meets the development of modern distance education. However, there are still many teachers whose theories and skills on modern teaching technology are behind in the TVU. It hasn' t yet aimed fully at training teachers for distance education while some emphasis on this technology training has been put on. Thus, a set of practical and efficient training plan to analyze, study and solve this problem has to be put forward to improve teachers' applied skills for distance education.This thesis, on the basis of theories and technology, probes into the training plan for modern teaching technology of teachers for distance education and aims to give some reference to the training work theorically and practically. The thesis is composed of five parts: in the first part the problem is raised, which introduces the significance of the study on this title; the second part is about the front-line movement in this field by showing some circumstances of modern teaching technology training to teachers for distance education in China and abroad; the third part presents the analysis of teachers' applied skills for modern distance education; training plan on how to improve teachers' skills for distance education is proposed in the fourth part; and the last part is about the practice and further study of the training plan.
