[Objective] To study fitness for a brisk walk for 60-69 years old cardiovascular function related parameters influence the, trying to 12 weeks low intensity exercise patterns of fitness for a brisk walk for the old cardiovascular function, related indexes of intervention study. Thus for old people looking for a set of exercise correct theoretical guidance system, and promote the elderly cardiovascular function related indexes to improve, improve health.[Method] Randomly selected from jinan Friday community and xin estates international city garden 60-69 years old 168 name, which will subjects were classified as experimental 86th (60-64 44 people, 65-69 42 people), and the control group (60-82 of the 64, 41, 65-69 41), group for 12 weeks low intensity, take exercise every week 5 times, each time exercise time for 50 minutes of fitness for a brisk walk exercise group, maintain normal, not inflict any movement.[Result] 1, Experimental 60-64 years old in exercise before and after indexes are statistically significant, and after the experiment each index all was better than control, diastolic pressure, systolic blood pressure, quiet heart rate, triglicerids, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (hdl-c), sit stand experimental index, convalescence instantly heart rate, convalescence third minute heartbeat indicators are highly significant difference (P < 0.01), Blood sugar, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, convalescence two minutes of the fourth minute heart rate, recovery rate have change with significant difference (P < 0.05). Compared with control, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, blood glucose, and triglycerides, total cholesterol, convalescence third minute heartbeats, sit stand quotient index have change with significant difference (P < 0.05). Systolic blood pressure and heart rate, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (hdl-c) convalescence immediately have difference is highly significant (P < 0.01), Low density lipoprotein no significant change (P >0.05). 2, Experimental 65-69 years old in exercise before and after indexes are statistically significant, and after the experiment each index all was better than control, diastolic pressure, systolic blood pressure, quiet heart rate, convalescence third minute heart rate, convalescence two minutes of heart rate, convalescence four minutes, sit stand experimental index indicators are highly significant difference (P < 0.01), Blood sugar, total cholesterol, low density fat eggs, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (hdl-c) index have change with significant difference (P < 0.05). Compared with control, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure, and triglycerides and LDL index dropped highly significant difference (P < 0.01), Heart rate, total cholesterol, heart rate, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (hdl-c) convalescence instantly index dropped with significant difference (P < 0.05). Recovery third minute heart rate, convalescence two minutes of heart rate, convalescence four minutes, sit stand experimental index, blood sugar index there are no significant difference (P >0.05). 3, 60-64 and 65-69 two experimental comparison, it is concluded that the age 65-69 years old people all indexes improved condition than 60-64 years old people.[Conclusion]Through 12 weeks low intensity exercise can improve fitness for a brisk walk 60-64 and 65-69 years old cardiovascular function related indexes, improve cardiovascular function, improve the elderly, improve glycemic index dyslipidemia cardiovascular system, improve the elderly heart function ability the overall physical quality, reduce blood vessels cholesterol deposit, delay of atherosclerosis sclerosis of arterial blood vessels to delay aging, the occurrence of for cardiovascular disease prevention plays an important role, for old people exercise provide scientific theory, thus correct guiding the elderly to exercise, enhance the elderly health, delay ageing, prolong life.
