Experimental group exercise life of elderly people in more than three years, the indicators are better than subjects following exercise useful life of three years. The experimental index of heart rate, blood pressure, sit stand, differences in blood sugar does not have a significant (P>0.05), but differences in lipid parameters were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:60-64years and65-69years old, the elderly exercise heart rate, diastolic and systolic blood pressure through a long period of tai chi, chair stand test index, glucose, total cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL indicators have declined the difference was significant with sex (P<0.05), high density lipoprotein increased by difference has a significant (<0.05), the same age between the years of different training lipid indicators of differences also has significantly with sex (P<0.05).
