Objective: This study proposed by tracking test older women after16weeks oftaiji and brisk walking exercise and stop the change of physical functioning afterexercise, study tai chi and go quickly to improve the effect of the body function ofolder women.Methods: Randomly selected60subjects were randomly divided into group andthe control group of fast walking, tai chi group, doing regular exercise, a total of16weeks accordingly,16weeks after the test, each stop exercising and continue fortracking16weeks. Tai chi group, by a special professor tai chi coach simplified24style taijiquan.40-45minutes practice time, control for moderate exercise intensity,exercise after the stability of the heart rate should be controlled in55%-55%ofmaximum heart rate, about95-98times/min. Brisk walking group, collectiveorganization do brisk walking motion. Time is40minutes of fast walking, intensitycontrol measure heart rate in exercise10to30minutes, requirements to achievemaximum heart rate (220-age) of50%70%, about100-140steps per minute. Thecontrol group, the organization to read newspaper, watch videos, listen to the lecture,etc., concerning daily activities on a regular basis, try to control its activity. Each groupin the experimental initial body function and test once every four weeks.Results:Compared with the control group, the SOS of Brisk Walking and Tai chigroups have significantly difference, the BUA, Calcium and ALP of Blood Serum havesignificantly difference too. After follow to observe for16weeks, Compared with thefirst16weeks over, the BQI, SOS, Calcium and ALP of Blood Serum of the controlgroup have significantly difference. ALP of the Tai chi group have significantlydifference. Exercise stages, taijiquan exercise and walking exercise can improve the balance ability of the elderly, but taijiquan exercise can improve the old balance faster;Stop exercising, tai chi and brisk walking exercise on action has to maintain balanceability, and8weeks of two kinds of exercise to maintain the same effect. Tai chi andbrisk walking exercise can improve the respiratory function of older women, both inthe exercise stages of exercise in improving respiratory function level no difference;Tai chi and brisk walking exercise on respiratory function have certain effect tomaintain, taijiquan exercise to maintain better than VC, FVC, go exercise, maintain ofMVV is difference. Tai chi and brisk walking can improve the elderly womencalcaneal bone mineral density, fast walking practice improvement effect is better thanthe tai chi group (fast walking first appeared significant difference). Tai chi and briskwalking can improve the elderly women serum calcium, phosphorus and alkalinephosphatase level, but not too obvious, brisk walking practice improvement effect isbetter than the tai chi; Tai chi chuan with fast walking for older women have certainability to maintain bone condition, fast walking practice exercise effect on maintainingbetter than tai chi. |
