The twenty-first century is the age of the knowledge economy; Learn how to learn is thenew century excellent talents' necessary quality. An effort to cultivate the sense of independentlearning habits, ability, and methods of are the core of quality education implementation and isone of the basic tasks to improving national quality. Learning Plan as a teaching media is awidely used in the middle and primary school currently; its use is aimed for the Ability to learnand Innovation capability. Case of school teaching emphasizes on the basis of developing andexpanding the students' thought, improves the effectiveness of teaching. At present, the design ofLearning Plan lack of theoretical thinking and can't promote the development of students'autonomous learning ability completely. Therefore, only rooted in theory, this can be furtherdeveloped. In this paper, the author employs the Literature Law, questionnaire method, interview, philosophical thinking method to research. It takes High school biology genetic and evolutionarymodule for example to design Learning Plan and analyzes the present research and specificimplementation. Based on the above ideas, this paper is divided into five parts On the structure:The first part is the introduction; this paper discusses the research background, the questions, and the significance of the research. The second part is the theoretical basis and principles of biology learning plan design.Based on various education theory, biology course standard, biology textbook, student'scharacteristic, the Learning Plan with biological discipline characteristics are designed. Thecurriculum standard and textbooks are any learning plan design necessary basis. Educationtheory including the cognitive psychology and Rogers's non guided methodology. Cognitivepsychology is the main basis of the learning plan design; Rogers's non guided methodology isthe theory basis of teacher's learning plan teaching. Starting from The students' cognitiveformation angle, Cognitive psychology analyzes the causes of the faults in the formation processof concept and the solution of the problem. From the perspective of information processing it sought to overcome the limitation of working memory method as well as to promote workingmemory into long-term memory strategy. From the angle of forgotten interference theory thethesis summarizes the principles of learning plan design notes. Students' features include thestudents' cognitive structure, the cognitive level, and the development level of the ability ofautonomous learning. In addition, this paper and other subjects compared to look for similaritiesand differences and From the perspective of life, it aims to design Learning Plans with featuresof the subject and promote the goal of emotional, attitudes and values to put into practice. The third part consists of the design principles and content of the Biological Learning Plan.Under the guidance of the principles and theories, this paper designs three types of learning plan. They are Learning Plans in new lesson, exercises lessons and reviewing lessons. According tothe characteristics of the three types of class and its requirements it designs different parts. Newlessons focus on the breakthrough of the important and difficult knowledge; exercises lessonsfocus on the formation of students' problem-solving thinking; reviewing lessons focus on thegeneration of system knowledge. The fourth part is the implementation of Learning Plans. First of all it expoundsimplementing process. Then it analysis the requirements for teachers. In the last a study wasmade through questionnaires to investigate the use of Learning Plans. It mainly survey the useLearning Plan enthusiasm of students, students' learning, Learning plan management andLearning plan suggestion. The results show that the effect overall good. There are someproblems in the use of learning plan also. It analyzes a variety of conditions appearing in surveyresults, draw the conclusion. The fifth part is the conclusion, reflection and prospects. It includes conclusion about thispaper, teaching thought of Learning Plan and the prospects of the study. All in all, this paper analyzes the appeared problems in learning plan and on the base of thetheory and practice; it expounds the conception of the Learning Plan, compilation andimplementation process systematically.
