The Empirical Study Of Work Value For The Graduates From Agricultural And Forestry University

AbstractWork value is a hot spot for the domestic and overseas scholars nearly20years. However, the empirical study of the work values in agricultural and forestry college graduates are less. Forestry college graduates refers to study in the higher of institutions about agricultural and forestry fresh bachelor, master and doctor. The attention to them not only can strengthen agriculture and forestry college students to the education of career planning and help graduates clear career development. Also can strengthen the agriculture and forestry university employment guidance ability, promote the internationalization of agriculture and forestry university. Meanwhile for the enterprise which will employ these graduates to provide reasonable management Suggestions.So this paper is based on the analysis of the literature. With domestic scholar WangPei (applied psychology,2005) who was formulate the scale of work value. We investigated194graduates of work value from Beijing forestry university and China agricultural university. Then we used SPSS18.0and Minitab16.0to descriptive statistics analysis and variance analysis for data. The results of the study show that:First, The importance of work value dimension for agricultural and forestry university gratuade is followed by social status, self value realization, social need, work and life environment, wage and welfare, background variables, working stability and professional and personal interests.Second, the impact of demography variable for the forestry college graduates professional values is not big.
