This is not only an important part of the reform of higher education, it is our country socialism new rural construction and the development of the western region, the "three rural issues" in the process of advancing the urgent needs.This paper takes the legal talents of agricultural universities as the object,analyzes the status quo of legal personnel training in agricultural and forestry universities in China, and through the training objectives, the agriculture and Forestry University Law professional teaching methods the curriculum, assessment and evaluation system, system setting, seven teachers and the employment direction of inquiry, a preliminary understanding of the content and way of training legal talents in agricultural and forestry universities in china. Through the questionnaire data analysis, found the training targets existing in the process of cultivating "fuzzy system setting, curriculum system is unreasonable, teaching methods single legal talents in agriculture and Forestry University, weak teachers, assessment and evaluation mechanism is not perfect, the students graduated from the pressure of competition and other issues. Finally, through the analysis, put forward the training in the process of reform of legal talents in agricultural and forestry universities in China, to optimize the structure of teachers, improve teachers strength; improve the examination and evaluation mechanism; combination of forestry characteristics, broaden employment channels seven reform proposals.
